HOT AIR FRYER TYPE COOKING APPARATUS WITH SCALABLE COOKING CAPACITY Technical area The present invention relates to a cooking appliance of the hot air fryer type. The invention aims in particular to allow an adaptation of the cooking capacity as a function of the quantity of food to be cooked. State of the art Cooking appliances of the hot air fryer type are known to those skilled in the art. Such devices make it possible to greatly reduce the amount of fat, or even to eliminate it completely, during the cooking of food which can be of vegetable or animal origin, for example french fries, vegetables, meat or fish. Cooking is done with little or no oil thanks to the hot air circulating in a tank, which allows you to consume more dietetic foods, crispy outside and soft inside. Due to the reduction or elimination of cooking oil, these appliances emit less odors and fats; their cleaning is further simplified. A cooking appliance of the hot air fryer type generally comprises a tank configured to receive a basket in which the food to be cooked is arranged. Once the basket is positioned in the tank and containing the food, the cooking appliance can be closed to form a chamber which integrates the tank integrating the basket with the food. Hot air is then blown into this chamber by means of a hot air blowing system incorporated in said device. The hot pulsed air circulates in the chamber and in the tank integrating the basket with the food, thus ensuring the cooking of the food. Once the cooking is finished, the cooking appliance can be opened to extract the basket containing the cooked food; a handle is attached to the basket so that it can be removed from the tank without burning and removing cooked food. On certain models of cooking appliances of the hot air fryer type, the bowl is removable from the body of the cooking appliance. Examples include the following models: Philips® HD9220 / 20 AirFryer®; Russell Hobbs® 20810-56; Aicok® AHF001. The insertion of the tank into the body and its removal from it is done in the same way as a drawer. This insertion of the tank into the body makes it possible to close the device and to constitute the chamber, integrating said tank with the basket placed therein and containing the food to be cooked. The basket is manipulated by means of its manipulation handle; when the basket is placed in the tank, the handling handle is positioned outside the tank. In addition, an assembly device allows the tank to be secured with the basket placed therein; the user can thus handle the tank with the basket placed in it by grasping the handling handle in order to introduce them into the body of the cooking appliance or to remove them from it. At the end of cooking, the user pulls on the handling handle to remove the bowl with the basket from the body, then he actuates a control button allowing the assembly device to be deactivated, which makes it possible to extract the basket with the food cooked outside the tank. The handling is carried out without risk for the user to burn his hand. On these various models of cooking appliances of the hot air fryer type, the basket has a defined capacity allowing it to receive a certain amount of food. When a larger quantity is required, a second cooking can be carried out which can last thirty minutes or more, even if a small amount of additional food would have been sufficient. In addition, some foods may be a little too large compared to the capacity of the basket, such as a chicken, which requires cooking it differently, for example in an oven. Summary of the invention The present invention implements a cooking appliance of the hot air fryer type which allows an increase in the cooking capacity of said appliance. To this end, the invention relates to a cooking appliance of the hot air fryer type, which comprises a main body, a removable bowl from the main body and a removable basket from the bowl. According to the invention, the cooking appliance comprises a handling system which comprises configuration change means making it possible either to handle simultaneously the tank incorporating the basket, or to handle the basket alone, released and released from the tank, or to handle the tank alone, released and released from the basket, so as to allow a first mode of cooking food in the basket incorporated in the tank and a second mode of cooking food directly in the tank, the basket being extracted from that -this. In other words, the handling system makes it possible to modify the configuration of the cooking appliance to use it either as a traditional cooking appliance (first cooking mode), the cooking capacity being defined by the volume of the basket in which the food to be cooked is placed, the handling of the basket subject or not to the tank being carried out thanks to the handling system without risk of burning, either by increasing the cooking capacity (second cooking mode), the food to be cooked then being placed directly in the tank which can be easily handled without the basket thanks to the handling system in order to be inserted into the body of the appliance and removed from said body once the food is cooked, without the risk of burning. Of course, the cooking appliance according to the invention includes other characteristics similar to traditional cooking appliances which allow the tank to be inserted into and removed from the body, like a drawer. This insertion of the tank into the body - with or without the basket, thanks to the handling system - makes it possible to close the device and constitute a chamber, integrating said tank - with or without the basket. A hot air blowing system incorporated in said device, makes it possible to draw hot air from this room; hot pulsed air circulates in the chamber and in the tank which may or may not contain the basket, thus ensuring the cooking of the food placed in the tank or in the basket. According to a first design mode of the cooking appliance object of the invention, the handling system comprises a first handling handle arranged on the tank and a second handling handle arranged on the basket. The handling system also includes a removable assembly device arranged between the basket and the tank to fix the basket on the tank or detach from it. In addition, the first manipulation handle comprises a recessed area configured to at least partially receive the second manipulation handle when the basket is fixed on the tank and allow simultaneous gripping of said first and second manipulation handles. Thus, when the basket is placed in the tank, the assembly device ensures their securing and the first and second manipulation handles merge to form a single manipulation handle which is grasped by the user in order to 'Engage the tank with the basket containing the food in the body of the cooking appliance and remove it from the body at the end of cooking. Once removed, the user grasps only the second manipulation handle and deactivates the assembly device to separate the basket from the tank. According to an embodiment of this first embodiment of the cooking appliance, the assembly device comprises a body arranged at the rear of the second handling handle, a reception zone arranged at the rear of the first handling handle. handling to receive the body when the basket is placed on the tank and locking means allowing the body housed in the receiving area to be secured. Preferably, the locking means comprise an opening arranged on the reception area, a latch arranged on the body to engage in the opening and a mechanism for actuating the latch. The front and back are defined on the cooking appliance by its front which constitutes the front side. Thus, the insertion of the tank - with or without the basket in the body of the cooking appliance is carried out by the front by pushing back and forth. Conversely, the removal of the tank - with or without the basket out of the body is carried out by a movement from back to front, by pulling on said tank. According to an embodiment of the first design of the cooking appliance, the second manipulation handle is mounted in pivot connection on the body so as to move it in a folded position in the recessed area or in a position released from the area Recessed. This pivoting of the second manipulation handle facilitates the gripping of the handle in its released position to place the basket in the tank and to remove it from the latter. One could however envisage other embodiments, for example with a second manipulation handle which is fixed with respect to the body but provided with gripping means which facilitate its gripping independently of the first manipulation handle in which said second manipulation handle is at least partially recessed. Preferably, according to this abovementioned embodiment, a blocking mechanism allows the second manipulation handle to be held in the released position. This blocking secures the use of the basket. In addition, this blocking facilitates the shaking of the basket to stir the food, as well as the inversion of the basket to pour the cooked food in a dish. Preferably, according to this abovementioned embodiment, the second manipulation handle is disposed substantially parallel to a bottom of the basket, in the released position. This makes it easier to handle the basket, especially when it comes to shaking the basket for mixing food. Preferably, according to this abovementioned embodiment, the locking means are configured to be actuated by the second manipulation handle in the released position, this actuation making it possible to separate the body from the reception area. Thus, the assembly device is automatically deactivated when the second manipulation handle is moved to its position released from the embedding zone. This facilitates the handling of the cooking appliance. Of course, one could consider actuating the locking means independently of the released position of the second manipulation handle, for example by means of a control button attached to this second manipulation handle or on the body arranged at the back of it. According to a second design mode of the cooking appliance which is the subject of the invention, the handling system comprises a handling handle, a first removable assembly device arranged between the basket and the handling handle for placing the handling handle on the basket or remove it and a second removable assembly device arranged between the tank and the handling handle to place the handling handle, assembled or not with the basket, on the tank or remove it this. Thus, the handling system comprises a single handling handle which can be fixed on the basket only, on the tank only or both on the basket and on the tank. According to an embodiment of this second embodiment of the cooking appliance, the first removable assembly device comprises a support tab arranged on the basket, a housing arranged on a body integral with the manipulation handle to receive the tab and first locking means for securing the tab housed in the body integral with the handling handle. Preferably, the first locking means comprise a keeper arranged on the tab, a bolt arranged on the body secured to the manipulation handle and a mechanism for actuating the bolt. According to an embodiment of this second design of the cooking appliance, the second removable assembly device comprises a body secured to the handling handle, a receiving zone arranged on the tank to receive the body and second means of locking allowing the body housed in the reception area to be joined. Preferably, the second locking means comprise an opening arranged on the reception area, a latch arranged on the body and a mechanism for actuating the latch. According to a design of the cooking appliance that is the subject of the invention, the transition from the first cooking mode in the basket to the second cooking mode in the tank allows an increase in the cooking capacity of the order of 30 to 60 percent. . Brief description of the figures The description below highlights the characteristics and advantages of the present invention. This description is based on figures, among which: - Figures 1 to 6 illustrate a first embodiment of the handling system on a cooking appliance of the hot air fryer type, object of the invention; - Figures 7 to 14 illustrate a second embodiment of the handling system on a cooking appliance of the hot fryer type, object of the invention. detailed description In the following description, the same references are used to describe the same or similar characteristics according to the various design variants of the cooking appliance of the hot air fryer type. The following description and the figures endeavor to highlight the essential characteristics of the invention which relate to the basket and tank handling system, taken individually or in combination, allowing the implementation of two cooking modes. foods with different capacities, one in the tank alone and the other in the basket incorporated in said tank. The other characteristics (hot air blowing system; body with chamber in which the tank and the basket are inserted ...) of such a cooking appliance are already known, which is why they are not detailed below. . Those skilled in the art can refer to the hot air fryers already existing on the market, for example those specified above. Figures 1 to 6 show a first design of a basket 1, a tank 2 and a handling system 3 between the basket 1 and the tank 2. In Figure 1, the tank 2 is illustrated alone. This tank 2 comprises a facade 4 disposed at the front of a first container 5. On this facade 4 is arranged a first handling handle 6 which has a recessed area 7. The upper part 6a of the first handling handle 6 is extended towards the rear, in the thickness of the facade 4, by a reception area 8. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the basket 1 is placed in the tank 2. The tank 2 comprises a second manipulation handle 9 disposed at the front of a second container 10. The second manipulation handle 9 is fixed to the front side 10a of the second container 10 by means of a body 11 and a support tab 12, as illustrated in FIGS. 2, 3 and 6. When the basket 1 is placed in the tank 2, the body 11 is housed in the reception area 8 and the support tab 12 comes to bear against a notch 13 arranged on the upper edge 14 of the first container 5, opposite the reception area 8. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 6, the second manipulation handle 9 is mounted in pivot connection 15 on the body 11 to pivot in a folded position in the embedding zone 7 (see FIGS. 2 and 4) or in a clear position of the installation zone 7 (see figures 3, 5 and 6). In this released position, the second handling handle 9 is positioned more or less parallel to the bottom 16 of the second container 10, in a configuration similar to that of a pan, to facilitate the shaking of the food contained in the basket 1. In the folded position, the second manipulation handle 9 is almost entirely integrated into the recessed area 7, which allows the first manipulation handle 6 and the second manipulation handle 9 to merge to form only one single and same handling handle capable of being grasped with one hand for handling the tank 2 with the basket 1 integrated and assembled with said tank 2. The assembly between the basket 1 and the tank 2 is implemented by means of a removable assembly device 17, as illustrated in more detail in FIGS. 4 to 6. The reception zone 8 on the tank 2 comprises in its lower part 8 has an opening 18. The body 11 comprises a latch 19 which is mounted in pivot connection 20 inside said body 11. The latch 19 comprises at its lower end a head 21 forming a hook, said head 21 being protruding from the lower face 11a of the body 11. Similarly, the latch 19 comprises at its upper end a curved finger 22 forming a support, the curved finger 22 being protruding from the front face 11b of the body 11. This latch 19 is mounted in return by a spring 23 in order to be automatically brought back to a normal position illustrated in FIG. 4 when the second manipulation handle 9 is folded back into the embedding area 7. When the body 11 is positioned in the receiving area on 8, the head 21 of the latch 19 enters the opening 18 and is housed under a rear contour 18a of this opening 18, which allows the body 11 to be locked in the receiving zone 8. A reinforcement tab 24 in bracket is placed under the rear contour 18a, under which the head 21 is supported during said locking. When the second manipulation handle 9 is pivoted to its position released from the embedding zone 7, a flange 9a of the second manipulation handle 9 bears against the curved finger 22, as illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, which makes pivot the latch 19 and refocus the head 21 in the axis of the opening 18, thus authorizing the release of the body 11 from the receiving area 8. The basket 1 can thus be removed from the tank 2, as shown in the figure 6. As illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 6, a locking mechanism 25 makes it possible to maintain the second manipulation handle 9 in the position released from the embedding zone 7. The second manipulation handle 9 comprises a window 26 in which is mounted in translation a control button 27. This control button 27 is biased by a spring 28 in an active position illustrated in Figures 5 and 6. The control button 27 includes a stop finger 29 which comes to bear on a rim 30 of the body 11, thus blocking the pivoting of the second manipulation handle 9 with respect to the body 11. The translation of the control button 27 in the direction of an arrow 31 allows the abutment finger 29 to be released from the rim 30, which allows the pivoting of the second manipulation handle 9 in the folded position in the recessed area 7. The pivoting of the second manipulation handle 9 in the folded position makes it possible to lock the head 21 of the latch 19 under the rear contour 18a of the opening 18, ensuring the assembly of the basket 1 with the tank 2. As shown in Figures 1 and 6, when the basket 1 is removed from the tank 2, the first manipulation handle 6 can still be grasped with one hand, which allows manipulation of the tank individually, without any risk of burn yourself at the end of cooking. Thus, the user can choose to place food in the second container 10 of the basket 1 which is then placed in the tank 2 and then inserted with the tank 2 in the cooking appliance. On the contrary, he can choose to place food in the first container 5 of the tank 2 which is then inserted directly into the cooking appliance, without the basket 1. Figures 7 to 14 illustrate a second design variant of the handling system 3 between the basket 1 and the tank 2, providing the same effects as the first design variant described above, namely to offer two cooking modes, the one in the tank and the other in the basket, in order to adapt the cooking capacity of the cooking appliance. In this second variant of FIGS. 7 to 14, there are a large number of characteristics identical to the first variant of FIGS. 1 to 6. As illustrated in FIGS. 7, 8 and 14, the tank 2 comprises a first container 5, a facade 4, a reception zone 8 provided with an opening 18 and a notch 13 arranged on the upper edge 14 of the first container 5 . As illustrated in FIGS. 7, 9 and 10, the basket 1 comprises a second container 10, a body 11 and a support tab 12 fixed on the front side 10a of said second container 10. The manipulation system 3 implemented in this second variant of FIGS. 7 to 14 differs from the first variant of FIGS. 1 to 6 in that it provides a single manipulation handle 32, and not a first manipulation handle 6 and a second manipulation handle 9. As illustrated in FIGS. 7 to 9 and 11 to 13, the manipulation handle 32 is fixed to the front face 11b of the body 11, said elements forming a single piece 33 illustrated in FIG. 11. This part 33, integrating the manipulation handle 32, can be assembled either simultaneously with the basket 1 and the tank 2, as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 12, or only with the basket 1, as illustrated in the figures. 9 and 13, or only with tank 2, as illustrated in FIG. 8. As previously for the first variant of Figures 1 to 6, according to this second variant of Figures 7 to 14, the body 11 incorporates a latch 19 mounted in pivot connection 20 and has at its lower end a head 21 forming a hook. The upper end 19a of the latch 19 is fixed to a control button 34 accessible on the front face 11b of the body 11, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, 12 and 13. The actuation of the control button 34 makes it possible to do pivot the latch 19 to move the head 21 in the axis of the opening 18, thus allowing the withdrawal of the body 11 outside the receiving area 8. A spring 35 ensures the return of the latch 19 in the locked position, with the head 21 disposed under the rear contour 18a of the opening 18, as illustrated in FIG. 12, once the body 11 has been introduced into the reception area 8 and the control button 34 released. Two fingers 36, 37 are arranged on the lateral sides 11c, 11d of the body 11, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 11. These fingers 36, 37 are positioned in guide notches 38, 39 arranged on the lateral sides 8b, 8c from the reception area; when the fingers 36, 37 are housed in the notches 38, 39, the body 11 is wedged in translation from front to back with respect to the reception zone 8. As illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, the part 33 comprising the body 11 and the handling handle 32 can be detached from the support tab 12 fixed to the second container 10. For this, as illustrated in FIGS. 11 at 13, the body 11 comprises on its lateral sides 11c, 11 d two triggers 40, 41 which are protruding and formed by means of a single actuating part 42 mounted in pivot connection 43 on said body 11. This part actuator 42 comprises a bolt 44. The support tab 12 comprises a keeper 45 formed by an orifice 46 on a curved portion 12a disposed at the front of said support tab 12, as illustrated in FIG. 10. The body 11 comprises on its upper face 11e a housing 47, illustrated in FIG. 11, into which the curved part 12a of the support tab 12 can penetrate. When the curved part 12a of the support tab 12 is inserted in the housing 47, the bolt 44 of the actuating part 42 engages in the keeper 45, which locks the part 33 with the support tab 12 and the second container 10, thus forming the basket 1 equipped with the handling handle 32. The activation of one or the other of the triggers 40, 41 allows the bolt 44 to be released from the striker 45, as shown in FIG. 13 , thus allowing the extraction of the curved part 12a of the support tab 12 outside the part 33. The return of the bolt 44 in an active position illustrated in FIG. 12 is ensured by the spring 35. Thus, the part 33 can be assembled with the second container 10 of the basket 1 thanks to a first removable assembly device 48 implemented by means of the actuating part 42 in the body 11 which comprises the bolt 44, of the curved part 12a of the support tab 12 which includes the keeper 45, the bolt 44 rappelled by a spring 35 and the keeper 45 ensuring the locking of the body 11 with the support tab 12. Likewise, the part 33 can be assembled with the first container 5 of the tank 2 thanks to a second removable assembly device 49 implemented by means of the body 11 incorporating the latch 19 and of the reception zone 8 comprising the opening 18, the head 21 of the latch 19 and the rear contour 18a of the opening 18 ensuring the locking of the body 11 in the reception zone 8. Thanks to these two assembly devices 48, 49, the part 33 can be assembled with basket 1 only, with tank 2 only and concomitantly with basket 1 and tank 2. The above description highlights the subject of the invention. This is in no way limiting, variants can be envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention. By way of example, another variant could be provided according to which the control button 34 illustrated in the second variant of FIGS. 7 to 14 would be arranged identically on the first variant of FIGS. 1 to 6. In this case, the actuation of the first handling handle 6 in the disengaged position with respect to the embedding zone 7 would have no effect on the unlocking between the body 11 and the reception zone 8. Preferably, the first container 5 on the tank has a capacity of 4.5 liters and can cook 1.2 kg of food and the second container 10 on the basket 1 has a capacity of 2.2 liters and allows to cook 800 g of food, which increases the cooking capacity by 50 percent. We can vary these capacities to have an increase in cooking capacity of the order of 30 to 60 percent.
